Legal
Terms of Service
Plain-language terms for using plumbertt.com.
Our service
Plumber TT is a referral service. We connect people who need plumbing work with independent plumbers. We are not a party to the agreement between you and the plumber.
Quotes and payment
Prices are set by the plumber. You agree the price and payment terms directly with the plumber before work begins, and you pay the plumber directly.
Workmanship
The plumber is responsible for the work they perform. Raise any problem with the plumber first. If it isn't resolved, contact us and we'll try to help.
Website content
Information on this site is general guidance. Every plumbing problem is different, so follow the advice of the plumber who inspects your job.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the bottom shows the latest version.
